LSNK COMPANY, IS AN EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOM SHIRT RETAILER THAT PROVIDES YOU WITH PERSONAL SERVICE BY APPOINTMENT, AT YOUR OFFICE. WE GUARANTEE YOU A PERFECTLY TAILORED SHIRT IN THE FABRIC OF YOUR CHOICE.
Our fashion consultant will visit you at your convenience, and show you our extensive selection of luxury
imported fabrics, and take over a dozen of your measurements to ensure an impeccable fit.
During the visit, the LSNK COMPANY Shirt fashion consultant will help you chose the tailoring details and
type of fit to create the ideal shirts for your body build and the type of occasions you have in mind.
You will choose from an array of tailoring details such as collar, cuff, and pocket styles. Monograms can
be added for a personalized touch.

To ensure the highest quality craftsmanship, all Custom Shirts are made in USA by expert tailors with
decades of experience specializing in custom shirts. A custom pattern is first cut for every client. The
material is hand cut then sewn with single needle stitching, using 21 stitches per inch.
This ensures premium quality and allows the seams to naturally stretch, without distorting the shirt.
This translates into a better fitting, more comfortable and longer lasting garment. Before delivery,
every shirt is inspected to ensure it meets the highest standard. At LSNK COMPANY we are committed to

This means that you get the same personalized attention when you receive your shirts as when you ordered
them. All our shirts are hand delivered by our fashion consultant in a timely manner. Due to the
extensive consultation we include, our competitive pricing, the labor-intensive process and that a custom
pattern is hand cut for your order, we require a four shirt minimum order.
SERVICE:
Your LSNK COMPANY- Custom Shirts experience begins with an expert fashion consultant who will sit down
with you and ask you a number of important questions. Assessing your needs and personal style is often
taken for granted, so we strive to understand your individual style sense. He will then help you select
your fabrics, and suggest colours, patterns, and textures to complement your hair colour, eye colour and
complexion.
Over a dozen measurements will be taken to ensure an exact fit – not only neck (collar size) and sleeve
length, but also yoke, chest, waist, hips, biceps, wrists, and length of shirt tail. Allowances will be
made for characteristics that are hard to quantify, such as concave chest areas, slope of the shoulders,
roundness of the back, and so on. Next you’ll review the collar options. Selecting a collar shape
(whether it’s wide spread, classic, or button down) that flatters your face, physique, and your personal
aesthetic is crucial.
The fashion consultant will recommend the style and spread that best suites you. This can be the best
argument for having your shirt custom made. You will also select the cuff of your choice. Upon conclusion
of your personal consultation, review of design details such as pocket selection, monogramming, or
contrasting fabric on the inside of your collar and/or cuff will assure every detail is to your
preference.

At LSNK COMPANY we know it’s not easy to find time to go shopping, and even if you had the time, wouldn’t
you rather be spending it some other way? That’s why LSNK COMPANY visits their clients by appointment at
their office. This offers our clients added value of saving them time. We also keep client patterns and
information on file so that future orders can be placed with minimum effort.

defects in workmanship and material. The level of detail in a Custom shirt is a testament to its quality.
Patterns are matched throughout the shirt for a true mark of excellence. The material is hand cut then

SELECTION:
Shirts are the corner stone of a man’s wardrobe. When you’re scanning your closet at the crack of dawn
for a fast way to look sharp, you’ll be thankful you invested in some quality LSNK COMPANY Custom Shirts.
LSNK COMPANY carries a selection of over 600 premium cotton fabrics imported from Italy and England.
Between all the fabric, collar, cuff, monogramming, and extras available, you can be assured that your
shirt will be one of a kind.
TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOM SHIRTS AND THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU.
Now that you’ve invested in beautiful custom shirts it would be a tragedy if they were to die a premature
death due to improper care.
As soon as you receive your LSNK Custom Shirts, we recommend that you unpack them and hang them up on
high-quality wooden hangers. Storing your shirts on wooden hangers will help to minimize wrinkling and
help to retain the shape of your shirt.
Slight shrinkage is normal during the initial three to five washings. This has been taken into account in
the tailoring of your LSNK Custom Shirt.
Shirts should be gently hand or machine-washed in cold water using mild soap and fabric softener. If you
feel that bleaching is absolutely essential be sure to use a non-chlorine bleach. Note: There is an
exception when it comes to machine-washing shirts; dark coloured dress shirts should be dry-cleaned in
order to prevent fading and discolouring. For best results, air dry and use a warm iron. When ironing,
best results are obtained by placing a light-weight damp cloth on the inside of your shirt and applying
pressure with the warm iron to the damp cloth. If you prefer to steam, hang your shirt on a hanger and
exert gentle pressure on the bottom of the shirt or sleeve as you steam.
Should you stain your shirt, it is always a good idea to sponge the stain as soon as possible to avoid
the stain setting into the fabric.
Frequent dry cleaning of your shirts is not recommended as it will deteriorate the fabric fibers and the
chemicals used will eventually give your shirts an unsightly yellow tint. If you do dry clean your LSNK
Custom Shirts, specify that they are not to be starched and that you want them hand-ironed rather than
machine-pressed.
AT LSNK COMPANY, WE STAND BEHIND OUR LABEL.
GUARANTEE:
LSNK COMPANY warrants that each shirt shall be free of defects in workmanship and material. Each LSNK
Custom Shirt will be created to the clients requested tailoring specifications, measurements and fabric
choice.
MINIMUM ORDER:
Due to the extensive consultation we include, our competitive pricing, the labor-intensive process and
that a custom pattern is hand cut for your order, we require a four shirt minimum order.
PAYMENT:
A 70% deposit is required when placing an order and the final 30% will be charged at the time of
delivery.
FABRIC AVAILABILITY:
On rare occasions certain imported fabrics may be unavailable. In this event, the client will be notified
within 5 business days of placing the order and offered one of more alternate fabrics. A scan of the
alternate fabrics will be sent to the client by email. The client will then have the option of accepting
an alternate fabric or canceling the order for that particular shirt. The remainder of the order will
continue to be processed.
DELIVERY:
Orders are hand delivered in 15-20 business days.
INSPECTION:
At LSNK COMPANY we inspect every shirt to determine that the fabric and shirt details are correct prior
to delivery. Upon delivery the client has 10 days to thoroughly inspect each LSNK Custom Shirt.
REPLACEMENT AND/OR ALTERATIONS:
In the event that the a shirt does not conform to the fabric selected, the measurements taken, or any
defects are noted in either workmanship or material, LSNK COMPANY offers its clients the choice of
alteration or replacement provided proper notice is received by LSNK COMPANY.
NOTICE:
Proper notice lies solely with the client. All notifications and requests for replacement or alterations
of a LSNK Custom Shirt must be received in writing via email at NARESH@LSNK.com within 10 calendar days
of delivery.
CHANGE IN SIZE (WEIGHT GAIN OR LOSS):
LSNK COMPANY is not liable nor holds responsibility for a client’s weight gain or loss or a change in
proportion, posture or any other drastic changes in the client’s measurements or special specifications
since the date of the order.
NON-RETURN POLICY:
Each LSNK Custom Shirt is made to a client’s specific measurements and the fabric is custom ordered and
then tailored to the client’s individual tailoring choices. In the event that there is no breach of
warranty and the shirt is made to the specified measurements taken at the time the order was placed, and
is free of defects in workmanship and material, LSNK COMPANY is not obligated to accept a return of any
shirt ordered.
LIABILITY LIMIT:
At no point shall LSNK COMPANY shall be liable in contract or tort or in any other legal reasoning’s in
the event of indirect or consequential damages. Regardless of the circumstances, the liability of LSNK
COMPANY shall not exceed an amount equal to the sale of the price of the goods.
Terms and Conditions of Sales
Our policy is 100 % payment is due upon order. For orders under $ 500, merchandize will be shipped directly. International shipping is payable by the buyers. We ship free only within the continent of USA. Any customs duties levied on international sales are the responsibility of the buyer plus any GST, PST or VAT taxes, except for buyers in countries covered under NAFTA Treaty would not be required to pay any duties as all our clothes are fully manufactured in the United States of America. Some exceptions apply.
Approximate delivery time is 7 to 8 weeks. Alterations are done free within 30 days. Service plus alterations charges incur after 30 days. Only clean garments will be accepted for alterations. We do not reimburse for alterations.
Majority of fittings takes place at customer’s office; if the customer is in a different state or country then fitting takes place on seller’s next trip to that particular place after the delivery time given to the buyer.
Company will not be responsible for clothes that are not accepted after a period of 60 days lapses upon the scheduled delivery date after the sale is consummated.
We shall not pay any refunds unless the garments are made from wrong fabrics. All sales are final. Any cancellations should be done by the buyer within 72 hours of the sale in writing and by telephone since we process our orders promptly and usually cut within 3 days of the sale. Buyer agrees to pay seller a minimum of $50.00 for trip made to Buyer’s place and measurements taken. Cancellations after that would incur the fabrics, cutting, sewing and labor charges. Buyer agrees to forfeit the deposit paid at that time due to late cancellation. There will not be any exchanges or refunds made by the seller due to very customized nature of the order by the buyer. Fabric delays from the mill would add to the delivery time and will be notified by the seller via telephone to the buyer as soon as possible.
All prices and sales charges are in USA $ dollars. Any Custom duties and international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer, except countries covered under NAFTA Treaty. Some exceptions apply. We do not ship open accounts. All international shipping charges are payable by the buyer. We do not pay for International shipping.
Normal alterations are free within 30 days of delivery unless customer gains or losses weight in which case “shop time” is billable.
Delivery is usually 7 to 8 weeks on suits and 6 to 7 weeks on shirts for the first fitting. Every attempt is made to make prompt deliveries. Fabric delays from the mill would add to the delivery time and will be notified by the seller via telephone to the buyer as soon as possible.
Please allow a minimum of 6 weeks before calling for status of the order. We will make every attempt to reply promptly to your inquiry.
Rush orders are done in 3 weeks time and cost an extra 25% over the invoice.
Customer agrees to pay LSNK COMPANY, reasonable legal fees incurred by the Company in pursuing any customer’s Breach of Contract or default in this agreement. Such amount shall be payable upon demand and shall bear interest at the rate of 1.5 % per month from the date of such demand until fully paid.
Any returned checks to us as insufficient funds or payment stopped (for any reason) will incur a $30.00 service charge. Also future deliveries and shipments will be on a “ Cash only “ basis, without any further notice by the seller. All credit card payments that are declined for any reason will incur a $50.00 service charge; seller reserves the right to decline to accept any credit cards from the buyer upon breach of this contract.
Any charge backs of credit card by the buyer in breach of this contract will be treated as returned check; service charges and the original amount will be due from buyer with interest and other legal charges. If the buyer defaults in payment, or if seller has reason to doubt that buyer will meet its financial obligations, seller may, at its option, revise the terms of payment, cancel the unshipped balance, or defer further shipments under this or any other contract with buyer.
Seller reserves the right to require satisfactory security for performance of buyer’s obligations.Except for the warranties expressly set forth on the face hereof, seller makes no warranties, express or implied. The parties further agree that the implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded from this contract.
If any goods delivered are not in accordance with the contract, buyer shall discontinue their use and notify seller so seller may decide what may be done to prevent or minimize any possible loss to either party. Buyer agrees to co-operate with the fitting issues. Buyer waives any claims for errors, shortages, defective materials, deficiencies, imperfect manufacturing, breach of warranty, or for any other cause unless buyer notifies seller in writing of any claim within 30 days after receipt of goods.
Seller’s liability for any claim arising under this contract shall not exceed the contract price of the goods and seller shall not be liable for labor charges or consequential or incidental damages.
If the goods are manufactured to meet buyer’s specifications, this contract cannot be cancelled without sellers written consent. Upon cancellation, if it is necessary to store manufactured material, storage charges will be charged to the buyer.
Upon buyer’s default, buyer shall pay all seller’s costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's’ fees and court costs.Seller’s failure to enforce any of the terms of this contract or to exercise any right accruing through buyer’s default shall not impair the seller’ rights, and such failure on the part of seller to enforce these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of any future right of the seller to enforce the terms and conditions of this contract.
Seller is not bound by any printed matter contained in any purchase order, acknowledgement or other form of the buyer. None of the terms and conditions contained herein may be added to, modified, superseded, or otherwise altered except in writing signed by an authorized representative of seller.
Each shipment sent to the buyer shall be deemed to be only upon the terms and conditions contained herein. Seller’s obligations are expressly made conditional on buyer’s assent to the terms and conditions contained herein and buyer’s acceptance of the goods shall be deemed an acceptance of all terms and conditions.
There are no prior understandings or agreements between the parties, which are not fully expressed herein, and no change made shall be valid unless the seller approves it in writing. This contract shall be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of California.
