Our Imported Shirting Fabric selections are second to none in the industry. Among our offerings are premium quality Sea Island and Egyptian cottons, and all are woven by the finest mills around the world England, Switzerland, Italy, Japan.

ABOUT OUR COTTON....

Among the many distinguishing characteristics of cotton are its shape, luster, strength, density, moisture absorption stability and beauty. Cotton becomes stronger when wet, which makes it easier to launder. Dry cleaning or other special attention is unnecessary. We do recommend the dry cleaning of bright or dark colored 100% cottons to help retain color. Because of the construction of our collars and cuffs, starching is unnecessary to retain shape, nor is it advised. The ability of cotton to absorb moisture keeps cotton cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Cotton fibers are resilient. After washing or wearing, a cotton shirt will retain its shape.

Soft Fused Construction

The best gets better! L.S.N.K. Company helped pioneer soft fused technology. Light, lofty, and buttery to the hand, L.S.N.K. Company’s new soft fused Baron jackets are a marvel to our clients. Specifically designed for use on lightweight finer cloths, our soft fused construction gives both stability and a soft gentle roll to the lapel.

Each Baron Grade garment is individually designed on our custom CAD system for each client. The Baron is computer cut and machine sewn to your specifications. Hailed as one of the best buys in the industry, the Baron Grade is a tremendous value for your retail mix.

THE SOVEREIGN GRADE

When only the best will do – experience the Sovereign Grade from L.S.N.K. Company. Individually cut and sewn by only a handful of master tailors, the Sovereign garment is a work of art unto itself. All interlinings, canvas, and buttons are imported directly from Italy. Our exclusive Italian Paloma goat hair canvas creates a soft drape and molds to your client’s body the longer it is worn. Padded by hand it features over 300 stitches per side to secure it to the shell cloth.

All shoulders are draped by hand on individual bucks prior to sewing, to ensure a true custom fit. Hand-crafted armholes, combined with a true leaf-turned collar creates a fit only found in hand tailoring. Hand-sewn button holes are the hallmark of the Sovereign suit. Each jacket also comes lavishly appointed with additional hand work including the hand lapel hole with its own boutonniere loop – a detail rarely found outside the Italian Peninsula.

Our Sovereign grade of tailoring is a combined experience of over 150 years, coupled with the finest materials anywhere make each sovereign suiting a true work of art. The sovereign grade suit is an individually designed and cut garment tailored by only a select few master tailors. Trained at an early age in Italy, Turkey, and the Far East these master tailors create each garment using age old skills from their respective countries. This ensures that each coat and trouser is as individual as the man who wears it.

All Sovereign jackets feature hand crafted collars with leaf turned edges for perfect fit and alignment. Hand stitching and hand pressing insure the collar will fit like no other ! The tailoring alone takes over forty minutes per collar. Exclusive hand basted shoulder seams for impeccable style and drape. The shoulder line of the garment is fundamental to the silhouette of the finished coat.

New Italian hand basted canvas fronts made of goat hair and fine wool - cold water dipped for stability, these new fronts are the most supple and soft hair canvas made anywhere. Each canvas is individually hand shaped and cut to each garment. this lengthy process creates a coat that forms to your body. Hand stemmed sleeve buttons sewn with a raised shank and secured with sturdy waxed thread for that tailor made finish.

Optional hand mitered sleeve cuffs with cut through working button holes for a truly bench made finish. Elegant hand sewn buttonholes are sewn from both sides of the cloth to protect the actual cloth from repeated wear on all jackets. Natural horn buttons imported directly from Italy resist chipping. Over twenty detailed under pressing steps create a memory to the fabric. Using heat, moisture and pressure, natural fabrics will retain a memory. This ensures the coat will retain its shape even after repeated wearing.

ABOUT OUR FABRICS....

Over 950 swatches strong, and this collection includes fabrics from the major mills around the Globe. This collection includes the finest of Super 100's, Super 110's, Super 120's, Super 130's and Super 150's. Many are blended with Cashmere and Mink or Mohair and each is woven by master craftsman to create a fabric that naturally keeps it wearer warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer sun.

Only pure new Merino Wool, from the vast regions of Australia and Tasmania, is hand selected to be woven by master weavers into such luxurious fabrics. The culminating achievement of rich dyes washed with pure cool spring water, and the result is our collection which continues to set the standard of luxury around the world.

THE PROCESS

Our bespoke service is centered on shirts and suits tailored precisely to customer specifications. The origin of the term 'bespoke' dates back to when customers ordering a suit or shirt could select and reserve a cloth that was then bespoken or 'spoken for'. Today, bespoke means 'made to personal specification' - in contrast to the more conventional 'made-to-measure' or 'customized' stock item.

For shirts, some 28 separate measurements are made to ensure the most flattering possible result. Habits such as the way a wrist-watch is worn and other unique needs and physical characteristics are all reflected in the final product. LSNK Company designs the shirt exclusively for customers from cloth woven to our specifications in more than 1,000 different patterns from white to boldly colored, multi-striped, geometric and checkered designs.

Cloth qualities include Egyptian cotton/poplins in various weights and weaves, Sea Island cotton, voile, silk and flannel. There are also six 'standard' collar styles and a variety of cuff options as well as different sizes and designs in pearl buttons. However, the final design is limited only by your taste and imagination. We also have several hundred cloth designs and linings in silk, cashmere or knits for neckties, bow ties. On shirts and suits the customer may add personal or organizational monograms.
